Rule 460 – Icing the Puck
d.) NO ICING shall be called
1.) If the puck enters the goal – Goal is allowed
2.) If the offending team is “SHORTHANDED” at the instant the puck is shot
3.) If the puck touches an of the opposing players before crossing the goal line
4.) If the puck is iced directly from a player participating in a face-off
5.) If, in the opinion of the linesman, a player from the opposing team play the puck before it crosses the goal line
6.) Once a goalkeeper leaves his crease and moves in the direction of the puck.
