The below situation that ensued is something the SIHA and our National League wants to avoid at all costs. Our adult leagues have the reputation of being fun, safe and major penalty free within the Asian Region. This is something that both the SIHA Officiating Committee and SIHA is proud of and wants to keep.
These rulings fall under our rules that the SIHA has set out prior to the start of the season.
